PR begins production of new coaches

The Pakistan Railways has started manufacturing new coaches locally with the help of latest technology, according to a Radio Pakistan report.

During the e-Kachhari in Lahore on Monday, Pakistan Railways Executive Officer Amir Ali Baloch said that a new Green Line style train will be run between Lahore and Karachi soon.

While issuing orders to further improve the quality of food and drink in trains and cleanliness, he said that it is the duty of the department to provide a clean and comfortable environment to the passengers.

He also requested that people should take special care of cleanliness in the trains.
