National Logistics Corporation (NLC) has started delivery of goods from China to Dubai via Pakistan under the International Road Transport System (TIR).
According to media reports, this historic milestone is a major step in the functioning of the Pakistan-China Economic Corridor, which provides a short and efficient route of movement from China to the Gulf countries.

From Karachi, the container will reach Jabal Ali port by sea in 2 days. From Kashgar to Dubai, it takes 30 days to reach the goods by sea, while by road, this delivery will be completed in just 10 days.
