Even today heavy fog, motorways were closed for traffic from different places

Most of the areas of Punjab are still under heavy fog, the motorways were closed for traffic from many places.

According to the spokesperson of Motorway Police, Motorway M2 from Lahore to Haran Minar and Motorway M3 from Faizpur to Darkhana were closed for traffic due to heavy fog at various places in Punjab.

Motorways are closed to ensure public safety and safe travel, citizens should travel during maximum hours of the day and contact helpline 130 for information and assistance.

The spokesman further said that people should avoid unnecessary travel, avoid speeding and keep proper distance from the next vehicle, drivers should use fog lights.
