Tosha Khana Two Case

In the Tosha Khana 2 case, the court expressed its displeasure over the absence of the wife of PTI founder Imran Khan’s wife Bushra Bibi and her lawyer.

Special Judge Central Shahrukh Arjamand heard the case in Adiala Jail, PTI founder Imran Khan was presented in the court room, but Bushra Bibi and his lawyer did not appear, prosecution witness Muhammad Ahmed, founder of PTI. Lawyer Qustain Mufti completed the cross-examination.

Expressing indignation at the absence of Bushra Bibi’s lawyer Arshad Tabriz, the court said that if the lawyer does not appear at the next hearing, the right of cross-examination will be terminated.

Later, the court adjourned the hearing of the case till January 14, summoning two more prosecution witnesses for the next hearing.
