Allowing bookings to private Hajj companies and subsidiaries

The Ministry of Religious Affairs has allowed bookings to private Hajj organizing companies and subsidiary companies.

According to the spokesman of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, the Ministry has allowed the booking of private Hajj companies, this year the booking of the private Hajj scheme will continue from January 10 to January 31.

The Ministry of Religious Affairs has released the details of various Hajj packages under the Private Hajj Scheme on the website.

Under the government scheme, 5 thousand more pilgrims will be able to perform Hajj

Hajj organizing companies will book private Hajj pilgrims as per Facility Provision Agreement (SPA), more than 3 million Hajj packages will have to be approved by the ‘Hajj Policy Formulation Committee’ due to additional facilities.

The Hajj organizer must provide complete details at the time of approval of more than 3 million Hajj packages, selling and buying of more than 3 million Hajj packages. The data of those will be shared with FBR and concerned institutions.
