Work smart

This letter refers to the news report ‘11877 posts abolished under right sizing plan’ (28 January, 2025). Right-sizing should have been planned much earlier to improve the state’s financial health and to bring smart working concepts to all ministries. Anyhow, better late than never. Undoubtedly, smart work has an edge over hard work.

It translates into effective working and meeting the desired goals in a timely manner. Better time management and effective working always gives the desired output, contributing to the economic growth of the country.
