Less rainfall than normal, drought alert in Punjab

Due to less rainfall, drought alerts were issued in Punjab. Emergency cells were also given orders in Cholistan districts.

To cope with possible drought, PDMA Punjab has dispatched 1000 Jerry Cannes and 10 water bouquets, 4 water bowlers can store 12500 liters of water and other 5000 liters.
