A robbery took place at the Ismail Disposal Station operated by WASA Faisalabad on Divisional Road. Four armed individuals overpowered the security guards, tied them up, and fled after cutting valuable cables worth millions of rupees.

The severing of these cables forced the disposal station to shut down, resulting in the sewage system becoming inactive in several areas.
