South Africa defeated England

KARACHI: South Africa defeated England in the 11th match of the Champions Trophy.

In this match being played in Karachi’s National Bank Cricket Arena, England won the toss against South Africa and decided to bat first. England batted first and gave South Africa a target of 180 runs to win.

South Africa defeated England by 7 wickets. The entire England team was out for 179 in the 39th over.

South Africa’s van Dur Dawson was leading with 72 runs, while Henrique Klassen scored 64 runs. Jofer Artcher scored 2 and Adil Rasheed out for one.

The England team got into trouble at the start of the innings, the first wicket fell on the total score of nine runs, Phil Salt was caught out for 8 runs.
