Petrol and diesel prices in the country are likely to decline.

According to a report by the National newspaper, the prices of petroleum products in Pakistan may also be reduced by Rs 14 per liter due to the decline in crude oil prices in the global market.

Petrol price is likely to be reduced by Rs 14 to 16 paise, after which the price of petrol will be Rs 241.47 per liter.

The price of diesel may be reduced by Rs 8 per liter, after which the price of diesel per liter is likely to be Rs 249.94, the reduction in the price of diesel will make a difference to commodity prices, which will provide more relief to the public.

The price of kerosene is likely to be reduced by Rs 10 to 33 paise, after which kerosene will be Rs 157 per liter 79 paise. The government will announce a final announcement about the prices of petroleum products.

The price of light diesel oil used in industries is likely to decrease by Rs 7 to 12 paise per liter, after which the price of light diesel oil per liter will be Rs 146 to 22 paise.
