According to a national newspaper report, Google Walt is actually a digital wallet or purse, in which every user can save different cards and documents.

Consumers with visas and mastercards can add their bank cards to Google Walt, which will be an important milestone in the promotion of digital banking and electronic payments.

Google Pakistan Country Director Farhan Qureshi said that Google Walt will facilitate consumers to store safe, easy and useful digital payments as well as boarding passes, liberalty cards, access to important items and other cards.

He said that the launch of Google Walt is part of our efforts to promote digital payments in Pakistan, which will give consumers a chance to safe and faster.

He said that the digital payments sector in Pakistan is growing rapidly, Google Walt provides a safe, easy and efficient way through which consumers can pay, make purchases and make it easier for travel.
