According to the State Bank, the country’s foreign exchange reserves increased by 80 million dollars in the week ending August 2.

Domestic foreign exchange reserves stood at 14.47 billion dollars as of August 2, State Bank’s reserves stood at 9.15 billion dollars with an increase of 5.11 billion dollars.

According to the report, during the business week, the deposits of commercial banks increased by 2.91 million dollars to 5.31 billion dollars.
