Increase in prices of cooking oil and ghee by up to Rs 80 per kg

The prices of cooking oil and ghee have increased by Rs 20 to Rs 80 across the country.

Private TV, citing market sources, reported on the price hike, saying the price of branded ghee has gone up from Rs 370 to Rs 450 per kg.

Chicken meat price fixed at Rs 533 per kg, eggs more expensive

The price of cooking oils has increased by Rs 50, cooking oil is selling at Rs 440 to Rs 530 per kg.

In the international market, the price of pile oil increased by $300 per tonne, bringing the price to $1,200 per tonne.
